Many of Dan Sur’s fans found it hard to believe that he could actually get gold chains implanted to replace his hair. However, the rapper assured that the procedure was real.

The chains were hooked to his skull

“That’s implanted, so I have it like a hook that’s implanted in my head and that hook has hooks and they’re all hooked into my skull, under my skin. This is my hair. Golden hair,” he explained.
