Nutritionist Guillermo Rodíguez Navarrete told the People VIP program that a healthy breakfast is achieved after reducing carbohydrates, along with an increase in protein and healthy fats.

Regarding the ingredients, he specified that the egg, the avocado and the bacon are the three star products to make a complete meal and start the day. He stressed that, contrary to what many think, bacon fat is not harmful, since it is the most similar to that found in breast milk.

The specialist, also known as “Nutrillermo” in his social networks, recommended an ancestral diet, related to the foods consumed by previous generations. Among them are meat, fish and proteins from nature.

Rodríguez Navarrete recognizes that many people have created an opinion about certain foods and fear for the effects they may have when consuming them.

“Starting the day with that breakfast, although it’s a bit scary because they say that eggs raise cholesterol and bacon (bacon) comes from saturated fat, you shouldn’t be afraid,” said the specialist to People en Español.
