Dark Desire: Will there be a third season?
Dark Desire Netflix series debuted two years ago and although two seasons are already available, fans are not happy. Audiences are now wondering if the production has plans for a third season.
This series is surprising and engaging because it combines romance with secrets and toxic relationships. Itâs a drama that has sensuality but is also quite dark, which makes it perfect for a marathon.
On February 2, we saw the premiere of the second season, in which we found Maite Perroni, Alejandro Speitzer and the rest of the cast again, but new members arrived to spice things up even more.
One of them is Catherine Siachoque, who plays Lys Antoine, DarĂo Guerraâs supposed literature teacher.

The new episodes invited us to discover how the characters spent the last months. Thus, we see Alma put all her efforts into trying to overcome her obsession with Dario.
To do so, she enrolled in a group therapy program, but her progress went up in smoke as soon as the shadow of the young man reappeared in her life. And, to make matters worse, in the most painful way possible, through a wedding invitation from her ex to her new girlfriend.
Will Dark Desire get a third season?
Fans must be impatient for Netflix or whoever is involved in the project to confirm this, but the truth is that, for now, everything points to the fact that the production of Dark Desire ends here.
Or at least thatâs what the main actress, Maite Perroni, hinted at in her interview with the popular Mexican program De primera mano, where she clarified that the new chapters close the story cycle and the characters.

He also commented that he was already working on a new project with the creator of Dark Desire, Leticia LĂłpez Margali, details of which may be revealed soon.
